Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer
• Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP
• Earn up to £530 per week
• Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week (term-time only)
• Work in a supportive and welcoming Liverpool primary school
• Provide 1-to-1 and small group support to pupils who need tailored help
• Fantastic experience for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, or Speech & Language Therapists
• Graduates with degrees in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science or related subjects encouraged to apply
• No SEN experience required – full training and guidance provided
• Trial days and interviews available ASAP
About the Role
• As a Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with a pupil who needs additional support to succeed in the classroom. Your role will involve providing encouragement, adapting learning approaches, and helping build confidence so that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential.
• You’ll collaborate with experienced teachers and the school’s SENCO, gaining invaluable insight into how schools support children with different learning needs.
