We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established college in the Wirral for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their support team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential in a further education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities

Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in lessons

Support students with academic tasks, organisation, and independent learning skills

Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to implement support strategies

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role


Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role

Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties)
