Are you a confident HLTA ready to take the next step in a supportive primary school? We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver PPA cover, lead whole-class sessions in the event of absence, and support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with targeted interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging PPA and class cover across the school
- Lead small group intervention sessions to boost attainment
- Provide targeted SEN support, adapting learning to individual needs
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment


What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 HLTA qualification or QTS
- Proven experience within a primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
- Experience supporting SEN pupils
- Confident delivering lessons across different year groups
