We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established college in the Wirral for a motivated and supportive Adult Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within their employability and skills programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support adult learners in developing the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to progress into employment, training, or further education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to adult learners on employability programmes


Provide 1:1 and small group support to adult learners on employability programmes

Support learners with job search activities, CV writing, applications, and interview preparation

Assist learners in developing essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management

Help learners access and complete course materials and vocational tasks

Provide encouragement and support to build confidence and motivation

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting adults in education, training, employability, or support services

Understanding of barriers to employment ( long-term unemployment, mental health needs, learning difficulties)
