We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and building strong relationships. If you’ve worked in housing income, rents, service charges, or another analytical environment — and you’re confident with Excel — this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take responsibility for keeping our rent and service charge data accurate, reliable and easy to understand. Day‑to‑day, you’ll bring together information from teams across the business, supporting our annual cycles and helping colleagues and customers make sense of the numbers. You’ll handle queries confidently, spot issues early, and use your analytical skills to strengthen our processes. Throughout, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive clear, fair and well‑explained charges.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who’s confident analysing data, great at communicating clearly, and able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in housing, income/revenue, or rent and service charge environments.
- Confident handling and interpret complex data.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups and pivot tables are essential).
- Tech‑savvy, confident using digital tools and systems; D365 experience is a bonus.
Who you are
- Analytical, detail‑focused and diligent.
- Able to translate financial information into clear, meaningful insights.
- A team player who works flexibly, supports others and shares best practice.
- Customer‑driven, ambitious and all‑in — aligned to Bromford Flagship LiveWest’s values.
Other things to know
A basic DBS check (or willingness to undertake one) is essential for this role.
More detail about the responsibilities, skills and technical requirements can be found in the job description.
