The Lead Care Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating care services, ensuring efficient rota planning, covering staff shortages, and supporting the overall day-to-day running of the domiciliary care business. The role ensures that high-quality care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory standards.
Person Specification
Essential:
• Experience in domiciliary care coordination
• Strong knowledge of rota planning and staff scheduling
• Understanding of CQC standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Willingness to cover care shifts when needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Enhanced DBS check required
