An exciting opportunity has arisen following the promotion of a successful colleague for a motivated and dedicated nurse to join the team in Avenham Ward as a Senior Staff Nurse within a busy Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will:
Provide professional leadership and support to all members of the nursing team, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Demonstrate strong clinical competence and experience in line with the person specification.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a fast-paced and challenging PICU environment.
Work flexibly across a seven-day rota to meet the needs of the service.
