Summary

Customer Service Administrator

£12.21 – 12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Temporary with the potential to lead to permanent

Concept Recruitment are working with our client based in Bradford BD4 to recruit an experienced customer service administrator on a temp basis – this could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
Process orders, invoices, returns, and refunds
Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounts, logistics)
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence

You will need:

Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
Competent MS Office
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
