What you will be doing:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large team carrying out a randomised controlled trial looking at stopping an intervention for people with swallowing difficulties. The role will include:
Provide high-quality administrative support to Principal Investigator and wider research team.
Manage diaries, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements.
Service meetings and working groups (agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-up actions).
Handle sensitive correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications/ experience:
5 GCSEs at A*–C including English and Maths (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience using Windows-based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience servicing committee meetings and managing complex administrative tasks.
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
