We are seeking an experienced OSC Operational Trainer to join our Operational Service Centre (OSC) Leadership Team.

​This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all employees across the OSC operate with clarity, competence, and confidence, supporting the delivery of high-quality service across all contract requirements.

​You will work closely with stakeholders and workstreams across the business to maintain effective processes and drive consistent operational excellence.

Job Description

This position requires regular presence across our two OSC offices in Stoke-on-Trent and Birmingham (Solihull), with occasional travel to other ISS sites.

​You will play a key role in shaping learning experiences, embedding best practice, and uplifting capability across new and existing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities​

Develop, document, and maintain OSC processes to support contract deliverables across all work types.

Map workflows and create visual process diagrams to clarify and communicate operational procedures.

Review existing operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive efficiency.

Create, update, and deliver training programmes for new starters and existing employees.

Facilitate training in dynamic environments, adapting delivery styles to suit classroom, remote, and functional settings.

Support the development and/or delivery of e-learning content and explore innovative training technologies and methodologies.

Conduct quality and competency assessments to evaluate employee understanding and identify skills gaps.

Design and deliver remedial or follow-up training based on assessment insights.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to align training activities with operational and contractual standards.
