As the BIM Technician you will be responsible for providing Revit support to the Design Engineers.



Duties:

-Responding to and completing clients' PQQ's (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires) during tender stage

-Assisting with the model set-up, including:- templates, coordinates, model “bridging”, etc.

-Organising the CAD/Revit libraries

-Producing and ensuring all the Revit families are compliant and COBie ready

-Implementing COBie information into the Revit model (following completion of the design) to meet clients' requirements and timescales

-Liaising with Designers and clients as required



Candidate Skill Requirements:

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit Modelling

-In depth experience with COBie inputting into Revit

-Experience CAD operator

-Excellent organisational skills

-Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 (Building Information Modelling (BIM))

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to comply and maintain company's and/or clients' BIM/Revit/CAD standards and workflows

-Excellent attention to detail
