Summary
Maintain and update product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, TikTok etc.)
• Monitor order flow, stock levels, and listing health
• Investigate and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and feed issues
• Support daily reconciliation tasks and ensure data accuracy across systems
• Track marketplace KPIs and flag issues proactively
• Deal customer queries related to orders, returns, and product information
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth dispatch and fulfilment
• Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and catalogue changes
• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards
