Looking for a Dispatch Operative role a 4-day week but still full time?
We’re hiring a Dispatch Operative to support our goods-in and goods-out operations in Braintree. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse work, dispatch, and occasional driving—ideal for someone reliable, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

* You must hold a full clean UK driving licence
* You must be 25 or over (insurance requirement for company vehicle)
* This is a physical role involving manual handling
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the goods-in and goods-out process
* Unloading deliveries and checking materials against purchase orders
* Ensuring all materials are correctly labelled and traceable
* Packing and preparing products for dispatch (parcels & pallets)
* Booking and coordinating courier collections
* Carrying out local drop-offs and collections using the company vehicle
* Putting stock away and maintaining organised warehouse locations
* Using our system to create delivery notes and track orders
* Supporting production teams when required
* Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
What We’re Looking For
* Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Age 25+ (insurance requirement)
* Reliable, punctual and hands-on
* Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Strong attention to detail (checking orders, batch numbers, paperwork)
* Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Basic computer skills
* Positive attitude and team player
