Summary
This is an all year round position working 30 - 40 hours per week.
The five main areas of this role, detailed below, are:
1. To provide outstanding care, interactions and learning for children
2. To use your knowledge of child development to assess and plan for children’s progress
3. To make strong attachments with the children in your care to keep them safe, understand them and tune into their needs
4. To form good relationships with parents and team members and communicate well
5. To keep meticulous records detailing planning, evidence of progress and attainment
