About the job
As an Extra Care Assistant Manager we can guarantee you that no two days are ever the same here at Miner's Court! In this role, you will help take responsibility for managing the care and support service in Coastline's Extra Care facility in Redruth.
Ensuring individual, person-centred care is provided for all our customers is a vital part of what we do and making sure we always uphold our values like striving to be the best and putting our customers first underpins everything we expect of you and that you can expect of us.
This role is 37 hours per week worked on a three‑week rota:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 7.30am to 5pm, Friday – 7.30am to 6pm
Week 2: Monday & Tuesday – 7.30am to 5pm, Wednesday – 7.30am to 6pm
Week 3: Saturday & Sunday – 7.30am to 5pm, Wednesday & Thursday – 7.30am to 5pm, Friday – 7.30am to 6pm
