The Compleat Food Group
At The Compleat Food Group, we’re investing in transforming our supply chain capabilities — and we’re looking for an experienced
Supply Planning Analyst to play a key role in a major group-wide project.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cross-functional team delivering a new Supply Planning and Production Scheduling
solution, helping to optimise end-to-end planning across our FMCG operations.
About the role
As a Supply Project – Planning Analyst, you’ll support the implementation of new planning systems and processes across multiple
sites. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, from planning through to
go-live and beyond.
Key responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end implementation of Supply Planning & Production Scheduling systems (Infor) across the group
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Planning, and Production Scheduling
* Work closely with external consultants and internal technology teams
* Ensure data is accurately prepared, validated, and loaded into system templates
* Help define and optimise planning parameters to support:
* Demand & supply alignment
* Inventory management
* Production scheduling
* Supplier management
* S&OP processes
* Performance monitoring
* Support consistent ways of working across sites and functions
* Contribute to process improvements using Lean and best practice supply chain principles
What we’re looking for
Essential:
* 5+ years’ experience in Supply Planning within FMCG or a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of supply chain planning systems and tools
* Advanced Excel and strong data analysis capability
* Experience managing complex planning across multiple SKUs, categories, or regions
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. M3, SAP, Sage or similar)
* High attention to detail with the ability to deliver at pace
* Comfortable operating in a hybrid business/technical role
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience with Infor Supply Planning / Production Scheduling
* Experience with data migration, master data, and system integrations
* Background in FMCG or food manufacturing
What you’ll bring
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to work across both technical and operational teams
* Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* A passion for improving processes and driving efficiency
