About the Role

The Compleat Food Group (TCFG) is looking for a proactive and engaging Supply Project – Planning Trainer to join our
Organisational Change Management team. This role will play a key part in preparing the business for the successful rollout of our
new Supply Planning and Production Scheduling system.

You’ll be responsible for educating and supporting teams across our national sites, ensuring colleagues understand and adopt the
new system effectively. Working closely with project teams, site leaders, and change champions, you will coordinate and deliver
training that enables a smooth transition to new ways of working.

This is a hybrid role with regular travel to our UK sites to support implementation and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

* Support the end-to-end delivery of the Infor Supply Planning & Production Scheduling implementation across multiple sites.
* Execute the project communication plan throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Coordinate, organise, and deliver training programmes across the business.
* Identify and work with change champions to drive successful system adoption.
* Assess change readiness ahead of go-live and help mitigate potential risks.
* Support leadership alignment throughout the project rollout.
* Assist with training course planning, creation of learning materials, and system training delivery.
* Maintain accurate project trackers and documentation.
* Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, responding to queries and supporting teams throughout implementation.

Post-Project Evaluation

* Conduct post-go-live reviews at each site to identify improvement opportunities.
* Document lessons learned and best practices for future implementations and projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

* 2+ years’ experience in supply planning within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of supply chain planning systems and tools.
* Experience training users on new systems.
* Proven experience delivering enterprise systems within a manufacturing environment.
* Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project or delivery management.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid business and technical role.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Desirable

* Experience with Infor Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, or similar platforms.
* Experience training supply planning and scheduling systems.
* Background in FMCG or food manufacturing.
