The Opportunity : Graduate Trainee Maths Teacher

KPi Education are working with two high-performing secondary schools in Salford and Trafford.

They are offering multiple places for motivated graduates to train as Maths teachers from September 2026. Interviews are taking place immediately.

• A fully salaried route into teaching, leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within one academic year
• High-quality, bespoke teacher training designed to develop outstanding classroom practitioners
• A practical, hands-on training approach, focused on real classroom experience rather than purely theoretical study
• Optional opportunity to complete a fully funded online PGCE with a leading UK university
• Access to a national network of over 500 trainee teachers, providing ongoing peer support
Weekly professional development sessions every Friday, focusing on pedagogy and teaching practice
• A gradual increase in teaching responsibility, allowing you to build confidence at a comfortable pace

Ideal Candidate

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related subject (2:1 or above)
• Alternatively, any degree (2:1 or above) with A* or A in A-Level Maths*
• GCSEs in MathsandEnglish (or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact
• Strong subject knowledge and confidence in Mathematics
• Full right to work in the UK
