Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to work in welcoming and supportive primary schools within the B30 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a positive learning environment.
The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils' academic and personal development. You will work closely with support staff and school leadership to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
- Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (placements considered for ECTs)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
