About the role
As our Private Rented Sector Officer you will help shape the future of Melton’s private rented sector.


About you
We are looking for someone who is:

Driven and motivated with an eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a supportive team.
Confident engaging with landlords, tenants and partners.
Naturally curious and able to gather and analyse housing data.
Passionate about improving housing standards and making a difference in the community.

You will need a driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Experience in housing and understanding of Renters Rights Act 2025 would be helpful, but just as important is your willingness to learn and deliver a great service.
