Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: Under the guidance of the Clinical Research Business Intelligence Manager, be responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing refinement of a suite of business intelligence products, primarily within QlikSense tool homed within RM Insights. Maintain the business intelligence products ensuring a consistent cadence of updates to ensure that the information remains live (i.e. regular data preparation). Champion the use of the business intelligence products across The Royal Marsden and the ICR, promoting their use to unlock efficiencies and liaising with staff to understand needs to inform future developments. Use clinical research governance knowledge to anticipate and understand the needs of the end users. Work closely with the performance and information team and other key stakeholders to improve business intelligence products and to fill gaps in service provision.
