Summary
Qualifications Educated to ALevel or equivalent managerial/professional qualification PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent project management experience) Experience Experience working both independently and within a collaborative team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Word and Excel Experience working with staff at all organisational level Evidence of effective team working Knowledge & Awareness Awareness of personal limitations and boundaries Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to undertake further training Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of staff groups Able to provide and receive complex information with strong persuasive, motivational, negotiation, training and presentation skills Ability to analyse project information and address issues impacting project standards Competent in planning and organising complex activities with the need for regular adjustment Ability to identify opportunities for collaborative working, including managing resistance to change Ability to work under pressure, balancing conflicting deadlines and targets Good problem-solving skills Strong understanding of confidentiality and digital/cyber security
