Summary
Quality Advisor
Finlay Jude Associates are supporting a key client in the Civil Engineering and Construction sector in their search for a Quality Advisor to join their SHEQ team. This role will provide dedicated on-site quality support across construction projects within the North West, reporting to the Senior Quality Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a pivotal role in driving quality standards, continuous improvement, and compliance across a busy project environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide practical quality support and guidance across a portfolio of live construction projects
Carry out internal audits in line with ISO 9001 and company procedures
Support site teams with quality documentation, inspection processes and handover requirements
Identify nonconformances, weak processes and areas for improvement—and help drive robust corrective actions
Help ensure compliance with our HSQE Management System and contribute to continual improvement
Act as a trusted, quality focused point of contact for clients and supply chain stakeholders
This is a hands on, site focused role where you'll help shape quality culture, support right first time delivery, and help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Promote and embed internal quality systems and best practice across all areas of the business
Provide practical advice and support on quality matters to operational teams
Essential
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (essential)
Experience in civil engineering / infrastructure
Knowledge of National Highways Sector Schemes is desirable but can be developed within the role
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to influence, build relationships and drive improvement
Full UK driving licence
