About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Registry Regulations Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing complex administrative casework or working within a regulatory or compliance environment, who is keen to deepen their expertise in student regulations and procedures.
In this role, you will provide specialist advice and guidance to staff and students on the interpretation and application of University regulations. You will manage a varied caseload of sensitive student matters including appeals, complaints, academic and student conduct, and fitness to practise or fitness to study cases.
These cases often involve complex personal circumstances and require careful judgement, discretion, and the ability to balance empathy for students with the consistent and fair application of University regulations. You will need to be comfortable working within formal procedures and regulatory frameworks while managing competing priorities and strict deadlines.
The role would particularly suit individuals who enjoy analysing complex situations and applying regulations in a fair, consistent and transparent manner.
