You will play a vital role in supporting learners with additional needs across FE and HE programmes to succeed and progress. In this dynamic, student-focused role, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small group support, helping learners build confidence in higher-level study while developing the academic, digital and employability skills they need to thrive. Working closely with specialist teams in an inclusive, supportive environment, you will see the real impact of your work every day, helping students grow in independence, resilience and ambition.
About You
GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or FS Level 2).
Experience working with 16+ learners.
Confident leading sessions and engaging groups.
Experience supporting learners with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD or Autism.
