Summary
Our client, a reputable independent bodyshop in Hayes, is seeking an experienced Senior ATA Estimator / VDA to join their expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a well-established collision repair centre, providing high-quality service in a professional environment. The Senior ATA Estimator / VDA position is suitable for someone with significant damage assessment experience, proficiency in estimating platforms, and ATA certification or working towards it.

Duties of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
- Accurately assessing vehicle damage to produce precise repair estimates
- Using Audatex and GT Motive to generate detailed valuations
- Communicating effectively with customers, insurers, and repair teams
- Ensuring estimates comply with company standards and audit requirements
- Managing multiple assessments concurrently while maintaining quality
- Upholding customer satisfaction and contributing positively to team performance
- Maintaining detailed records of all assessments, estimates, and communications
Requirements for the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
- Demonstrable experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor in a collision repair environment
- ATA qualification or working towards ATA certification (Senior level preferred)
- Proficiency with Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Reside within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for convenient access
