What skills and experience we're looking for
• Good knowledge of EYFS and national curriculum
• Demonstrable commitment to implementation of whole school policies and procedures
• Has minimum of two years recent experience as Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Head or Headteacher

• A proven track record of improving achievement for pupils
• Knowledge and understanding of adaptive teaching
