Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Qualified in line with DfE early years qualification criteria
• Support for 2-4 year olds
• Acting as a key worker under the direction of the nursery teacher/s
• Support for children with a wide range of learning needs and abilities, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• A sensitive approach
• High expectations of learners both behaviorally and educationally
• Well-developed communication skills, both with children and adults
• A willingness to undertake training as required
• Experience of working with children in Early Years, including working with children with SEND
