Summary

Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home – £23 per hour



As a Clinical Lead, you will play a central role in this luxury nursing home for older adults, where high standards of care and attention to detail are part of daily life. As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll oversee nursing practice on the floor, support the team with complex clinical decisions, and help ensure residents consistently receive safe, well-managed care. The role combines hands-on clinical oversight with leadership responsibility within an established care team.

What You’ll Need



  • NMC registration as an RGN or RMN

  • Clinical Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse experience within a nursing home

  • Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and nursing home legislation

  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance

  • Confidence leading nursing teams and supporting clinical practice



What You’ll Do



  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff

  • Oversee nursing practice to ensure safe, person-centred care for residents

  • Ensure DoLS, safeguarding, and clinical documentation are completed correctly

  • Monitor compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements

  • Support staff through supervision, guidance, and clinical decision-making

  • Work with the Home Manager on audits, quality monitoring, and care reviews
