About the Role
The Healthcare Hub are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Clinical Lead to join a nursing leadership team on behalf of a leading provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants to step into a senior clinical role and help maintain outstanding standards of care.
The Role
As a Nurse Clinical Lead, you will ensure high clinical standards, provide hands‑on nursing care, and support the wider nursing team to deliver safe, effective, person‑centred care.
Your weekly hours include:
24 hours on shift
16 hours supernumerary for leadership, clinical oversight, and audits
Paid breaks included
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the nursing team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits
Promote best practice and high standards of care
Mentor, train, and develop nursing and care staff
Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN
Strong leadership and clinical experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to delivering person‑centred care
Ability to inspire and support a clinical team
