  • Website management: Lead on updating, auditing and maintaining the organisation's website, working closely with external digital partners and ensuring content is user‑friendly and mobile‑optimised.
  • Project delivery: Coordinate and support marketing projects such as quarterly publications, events, webinars and digital campaigns, delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Social media management: Oversee daily activity across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, creating content that resonates with both professional and consumer audiences.
  • Analytics & reporting: Track performance across campaigns and channels, producing insights that help refine and improve future activity.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and strong working relationships.
  • Brand & compliance: Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and data protection requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Confidence managing and updating websites (experience with Umbraco or WordPress is advantageous).
  • Experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • A creative, proactive mindset and the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable but not essential.

Person Profile

  • Degree‑educated in a relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail.
  • 3 years+ experience in marketing/PR (in-house or agency) desirable.
  • Experience organising events (online or in‑person) desirable.
