Admissions & Marketing Officer

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
We require an enthusiastic and friendly Admissions & Marketing Officer to join our busy Admissions and Marketing Team to support the smooth and efficient running of the admissions cycle process and recruitment of day and boarding students into Woodbridge School and marketing activity delivery.
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to support the smooth and efficient running of the admissions cycle and the recruitment of day and boarding pupils into the School. This key role involves working closely with the Director of Marketing & Admissions to manage admissions enquiries, maintain accurate data across our digital admissions platforms, and oversee a wide range of admissions communications. The successful candidate will also play an important role in coordinating bursary and scholarship processes, organising and attending
admissions events such as open days and entrance assessments, and supporting mid-year admissions.
Alongside admissions responsibilities, the role includes supporting the delivery of marketing activity across the School.
This is a varied role suited to someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach. The successful candidate will help ensure prospective families receive an outstanding experience throughout their admissions journey, while supporting the wider promotion of our school community.
