Summary

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich working on the Anglian Water alliance.

Location: Ipswich

Hours: 45 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

In this role, you'll be nurturing and guiding our IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, address emergencies like water bursts and develops innovative ways to better service customers.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the reactive team, supporting them with site work on the water network. Your day to day will include:

-Ensuring your team's work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation while promoting sustainable practices

-Building collaborative relationships with supervisors and colleagues to effectively monitor progress and address challenges

-Creating positive customer experiences through thoughtful and professional communication

-Empowering team members to develop their skills and reach their potential

-Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery

What are we looking for?

This role of Team Leader is great for you if:

-You hold a full driving licence

-You have NRSWA & EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications

-You possess a valid CSCS card

-You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

-You enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed
