Summary
Clinical Deliver specialist parent-infant relationship support within the hub-and-spoke model, focusing on under 2s and some work with ages 25. Provide parent-infant relationship assessments, formulation, and therapeutic interventions, including Video Interaction Guidance (VIG). Manage an autonomous caseload, including assessment, intervention, and discharge. Work across home, community, health, and education settings, containing highly expressed emotions with empathy and professionalism. Participate in the service duty rota, weekly referral and CPD meetings, and multi-agency discussions. Produce clear, timely reports on assessment, formulation, and outcomes. Collaboration & Training Offer training, advice, and consultation to early years and multi-agency professionals. Liaise effectively with external agencies and contribute to integrated care planning. Service Development & Governance Support the development of the hub-and-spoke model, with your spoke base in Hyndburn or Blackburn with Darwen. Contribute to audits, service evaluation, and clinical governance processes. Maintain accurate records and uphold high ethical and professional standards. Supervision & CPD Engage in regular clinical supervision and line management.
