Summary
We are looking for an influential and forward‑thinking Head of People to partner with Senior Leaders across our Faculties or Professional Services. In this strategic and highly visible role, you will provide expert advice, drive cultural and organisational change, and lead delivery of the University’s People Strategy.
You will build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, using insight, emotional intelligence and professional expertise to identify opportunities, manage risks and shape future workforce capability. You will lead transformational people priorities, coach and develop People Leads, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the University.
As part of our high‑performing People Services team, you will work collaboratively to ensure our policies, processes and services meet the highest standards and support outstanding customer experience.
