In the Medical Receptionist role, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Manage digital triage queries and supporting customers to use new online systems
• Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately
• Provide admin support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily
• Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and helping resolve issues in a positive manner

To be successful, you will need:

• Strong reception and administration experience, ideally gained in a busy environment

• Confident IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly (EMIS experience highly desirable)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict calmly and professionally

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to bring positivity to challenging situations

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask

This is a temporary role for 2 months initially with potential to become permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30–5:30. You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.30 plus weekly pay and holiday accrual, and you'll be office-based in Conwy.
