Early Years Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing from April 2026

Duties as Early Years Teacher:
- Deliver engaging early years provision with no planning or marking required.
- Support child‑led exploration and structured early learning activities.
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment that promotes independence and curiosity.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teams to maintain consistency in routines.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to children’s wellbeing.
- Use observations to support ongoing development and early learning needs.
Ideal Early Years Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Experience in Early Years settings and knowledge of EYFS principles.
- Ability to build warm, supportive relationships with young children.
- Strong communication skills and team‑focused approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child wellbeing.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and confident in early years practice.
