Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to growing numbers, the governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated qualified early years practitioner to our thriving Day Care provision which comprises an under twos room and a two to three year olds room.

Experience of working with early years children is essential and a minimum of level two early years qualification. We are looking for a member of staff who works well as part of a team, demonstrates good initiative and is clear about how to support and develop children’s wellbeing and progress under the guidance of the Day Care manager. Candidates will have the ability to form positive relationships with young children quickly and be excited at the prospect of being part of a popular and well respected maintained nursery school.

Safeguarding is a very important aspect of Plym Bridge Nursery School & Day Care. All applicants will be expected to have a fully enhanced DBS check and disclose any issues which may be relevant to them working in a nursery.
