Summary

You will be responsible for general office duties such as answering the phone and emails, filing, and helping to manage workflow. You will be required to log jobs on our system as well as organising plant hire for jobs.
You will assist engineers in procurement of materials as well as organising timely deliveries to our factory. You will also be responsible for managing company credit cards and collating receipts on a monthly basis.
You must be computer literate and able to use microsoft excel, word and outlook. Experience with Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be an organised and efficient individual who enjoys working within a small, busy team.
Hours can be flexible but initially would be Monday / Wednesday / Friday approx 6/7 hours per day with a view to increasing. We would require successful candidate to be available on a full time basis for approx 4 weeks of the year to cover holiday.
