​As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

​In this role, you will supervise the onsite ISS soft services cleaning team, supporting ISS management in creating a workplace environment that promotes wellbeing, increases productivity, and enhances company culture.

The Role

Lead, support and supervise the onsite cleaning team, setting high standards through strong leadership and example

Create and manage team cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards

Carry out and support general cleaning duties where required, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming and mopping

Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables, ensuring safe storage and distribution to the team

Demonstrate and promote full knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and materials, ensuring they are used safely and correctly at all times

Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards, reporting hazards, defects, near misses or safety concerns promptly

Complete regular cleaning inspections and monthly audits to ensure quality and compliance

Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for service delivery

Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
