About Token Studio
Token Studio is a growing creative experience brand delivering pottery and hands-on workshops in London. We maintain an active presence across social media and digital platforms and require in-house design capability to strengthen brand consistency and digital engagement.

The Role
We are seeking a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to take responsibility for visual identity, digital assets and multimedia content across our brand channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain brand visual standards across digital and print media

Design promotional materials, workshop graphics, online banners and studio signage

Produce and edit short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)

Create multimedia assets including motion graphics and animated promotional materials

Manage image libraries and digital design templates

Support website visual updates and marketing campaign assets

Work with studio operations to accurately represent workshop offerings visually

Requirements

Degree-level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic and multimedia design capability

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent)

Strong understanding of digital content formatting and social media presentation

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Desirable (not essential)

Experience in lifestyle, experiential or creative sector brands

Basic photography or videography skills

Experience developing brand guidelines
