Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to join a Bournemouth school from January, working closely with pupils who present complex behavioural needs. This role is crucial in creating a stable, supportive atmosphere where students can build confidence and achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
