Summary
Lifeguard (Part Time – 16–32 Hours)
Ideally 06:30–14:30, 4 days per week, but hours can be flexible.
About the Role
Lifeguards ensure the safety of all swimmers and help maintain a clean, well‑run leisure environment. You’ll also support general centre operations, including basic cleaning, setting up activities, and carrying out routine pool water tests.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong swimming ability
Valid UK Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
Good understanding of health & safety
Confident communication and customer service skills
Good level of physical fitness
Main Duties:
Supervise the pool and ensure swimmer safety
Carry out rescues and first aid when needed
Complete pool water testing
Set up and pack down equipment for sessions
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Deliver excellent customer service
Hours & Pay:
16–32 hours per week
Ideally 06:30–14:30, 4 days a week (flexible)
