We are very excited to share with you a new opportunity within our R.E.A.L. Business Operations team.  As part of our integration and growth, we are recruiting a Senior Administrator to manage all administrative tasks associated with RIS Mansfield & Hinckley. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic administrator to lead and collaborate with our key stakeholders. Here at R.E.A.L. You will be responsible will include: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our systems Ensuring Commissioner returns are completed Provide secretarial and admin support to our Central Services Exam Officer for RIS Mansfield & Hinckley  Line management duties Skills and QualificationsOur ideal candidate is someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and be part of REAL’s next chapter. You will also need:  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  Good level of literacy and numeracy (at least 5 GCSEs above C (or equivalent) to include English and Maths – Preferred).  Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role.  Computer literate (full suite of Microsoft applications) including the aptitude to learn new online platforms and systems relevant to the role.  Ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks.  Ideally experience in an Education setting Benefits and Additional Information We believe in supporting you as much as we support the children and young people in our care.
