Summary

What You'll Be Doing Providing strong, inclusive leadership across operational, workforce, financial and strategic domains Supporting the speciality in delivering its business plan and meeting key access, performance and financial targets Ensuring compliance with governance, assurance and risk management frameworks Leading service improvement, innovation and quality initiatives to enhance patient experience Overseeing workforce development, talent management and effective team performance Managing and forecasting budgets, delivering efficiency improvements and supporting long term financial planning Building productive relationships with clinical teams, Trust leaders and external partners Playing an active role in Trust-wide corporate responsibilities, including 7-day service developments and on call duties This is an exceptional opportunity to shape services, influence strategy and support the delivery of excellent care throughout the Trust. About You You will be a confident, credible leader with: Significant operational management experience, ideally in a complex or NHS environment Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior clinicians and colleagues Proven success in leading teams, improving services and delivering against performance and financial metrics A passion for developing people, improving patient outcomes and driving forward change You bring tenacity, resilience, sound judgement, political awareness and a collaborative mindset.
