Summary
What You'll Be Doing Providing strong, inclusive leadership across operational, workforce, financial and strategic domains Supporting the speciality in delivering its business plan and meeting key access, performance and financial targets Ensuring compliance with governance, assurance and risk management frameworks Leading service improvement, innovation and quality initiatives to enhance patient experience Overseeing workforce development, talent management and effective team performance Managing and forecasting budgets, delivering efficiency improvements and supporting long term financial planning Building productive relationships with clinical teams, Trust leaders and external partners Playing an active role in Trust-wide corporate responsibilities, including 7-day service developments and on call duties This is an exceptional opportunity to shape services, influence strategy and support the delivery of excellent care throughout the Trust.
