- Assisting with classroom management, helping to maintain a structured and productive learning environment.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a genuine passion for education, a strong understanding of diverse learning styles, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and empowering environment for our students. We're looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant educational or teaching qualification, such as a degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the holistic development of each student.
