Summary
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration Work closely with and support Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) and the wider Trauma & Orthopaedic multidisciplinary team. Preparing for and Attending trauma meetings to document and communicate outcomes. Liaise with wards, theatres, anaesthetics, radiology, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. External Liaison Monitor referrals and Coordinate communication with referring hospitals Rota and Administrative Support Assist in managing rotas within the Trauma & Orthopaedic team. Support Advance Nurse Practitioners in the day-to-day office administration Ensure compliance with trust policies, data protection standards, and clinical governance requirements.
