Summary
☕ We’re Hiring – Cafe Supervisor ☕
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Cafe Supervisor to join our lovely team at Grounds Café, Milton Country Park.
The role:
• 4-5 shifts per week (including at least one weekend shift)
• Approx. 30 hours per week
• Availability on bank holidays and flexibility for extra shifts during school holidays is essential
What you’ll be doing:
• Supervision/Team leader experience essential
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Preparing food and drinks
• Washing up and keeping the café clean and tidy
• Supporting the team during busy periods
