Ensuring best practice standards and practical problem-solving approaches are followed at all times.
Maintaining tools and test equipment in good working order.

Working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Lifting and carrying parts and equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
Extended periods of driving and travel within the PE & CB postal areas.
Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop hardware (HP & Lenovo preferred).
Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix repair experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose motherboard, storage, memory, PSU, and other hardware component failures.
Experience responding effectively to customer concerns and service requests.
Ability to work predominantly independently in a field-based environment.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+ daily travel).
Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 kg.
Preferred Skills
