Summary
A new Early Years Teaching Assistant role is available at a supportive and welcoming primary school in Wandsworth. Experience working with the early years is essential for this role and candidates with a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification are preferred.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:
• Encouraging children to begin reading and writing
• Guiding children as they learn about the world around them as well as going on regular outings
• Ensuring children are forming positive relationships with their peers
• Providing children with opportunities to develop their social and emotional skills
The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will need good communication skills, and a Childcare qualification is desirable. This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is from 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday until at least July so you’ll get to build great rapport with the children as well.
